The offering is a rendition of all five senses; sight, smell, taste, touch and sound. In the well-known artwork of Avalokiteshvara there is an offering of five senses depicted as silk for touch, symbols for sound, a mirror for sight, conch for smell and fruit for taste. This offering reflects those things in many ways than just one. 

The artwork is mixed media. There is a glowing gold sparkling halo that encompasses the five senses offering.
